ParkSync is operated by Zenith Hospitality Group. This page explains the information used to run our valet service and staff application.

Information used by ParkSync

Staff accounts include sign-in and profile information, assigned locations, time clock entries, and tip payout preferences. Vehicle tickets may include a guest name and phone number, vehicle description and plate, visit dates, notes, condition photos, a parking location pin, and, when provided, airline or flight details.

Camera and location

Attendants may use the camera to scan a plate or attach vehicle photos. If an attendant chooses to save a parking pin, the app asks for device location access. These permissions are used for those features when the attendant activates them.

Messages and payments

For locations with texting enabled, ParkSync uses a guest phone number to send ticket or pickup updates when text consent is recorded. Guests can reply STOP to opt out. Locations can offer checkout through Square for parking and tips. Square handles card entry; ParkSync stores ticket payment status, amounts, and related transaction references so the service and its reports can work. ParkSync does not use stored payout preferences to send money automatically.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to operate valet service, document vehicles, respond to pickup requests, manage staff shifts and tip allocations, and review activity by location. Authorized staff can see records needed for their work. Service providers that support hosting, messaging, or payment may process the information needed to perform those services. We do not use ParkSync information for advertising in the app.

Retention and requests

We keep operational records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable business or legal obligations. To ask about a ParkSync record, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact form and mention “Privacy” in your message. Some records may need to be retained for an applicable obligation.
